छत्तीसगढ़ के जांजगीर में ग्राम खोखरा के थवाईत परिवार के घर में ब्रह्म कमल का फूल खिला है. इस पौधे को मनोज थवाईत ने 18 साल पहले अपने घर के एक गमले में लगाया था. आपको बता दें कि इस पौधे में 12 साल बाद फूल खिलना शुरू हुआ. इसके बाद से हर साल 7-8 ब्रह्म कमल के फूल खिलते हैं. (रिपोर्टः लखेश्वर यादव)
