Chhattisgarh News: छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर की 1994 बैच की आइएएस अफसर ऋचा शर्मा (Richa Sharma) केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति से प्रदेश लौट आई हैं। मुख्य सचिव रैंक की अधिकारी ऋचा को राज्य सरकार ने अपर मुख्य सचिव, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग के पद पर पदस्थ किया गया है।
